Last updated: 2/11/2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the practices of AirCodum ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through our VS Code extension, AirCodum Agentum CLI, and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By utilizing our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

AirCodum and AirCodum Agentum are designed to operate without collecting, storing, or transmitting any personal data or usage information. All operations, including file transfers, VS Code control, and AI agent interactions, are processed locally on your devices and within your local network.

3. Local Processing

The Service facilitates communication between the mobile application and the VS Code extension or Agentum CLI directly within your local network. No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties during this process.

4. Mobile Application Permissions

The AirCodum and Agentum mobile applications may request certain device permissions necessary for their core functionalities, such as access to device storage for file transfers, microphone for voice commands, or network access for communication with VS Code or Agentum CLI. These permissions are utilized solely for the intended purposes within your local environment and do not result in any data collection or transmission beyond your local network.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service does not integrate with or utilize any third-party services that would involve data transmission outside of your local network. When using Agentum to control AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex), your interactions with those agents are subject to their respective privacy policies. Agentum serves only as a local communication bridge and does not process or store your AI agent interactions.

6. AirCodum Agentum

AirCodum Agentum operates with the same privacy principles as AirCodum: 1. Local Operation: The agentum-cli server runs on your local machine. All terminal sessions and screen sharing occur directly between your devices without passing through external servers. 2. WebSocket Communication: Data is transmitted via WebSocket within your local network. For remote access, users may configure Tailscale. 3. No Data Collection: Agentum does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, terminal output, or screen captures. 4. AI Agent Interaction: When using Agentum to control AI coding agents, your interactions with those agents are subject to their respective privacy policies. Agentum serves only as a communication bridge. 5. Voice Input: Voice commands are processed on-device using the mobile OS speech recognition. Voice data is not transmitted to Agentum servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you are aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the information provided in the Contact section of this Policy.
